Quality Cleaning
We have a strong team of hand-picked cleaners who must meet our high standards at an absolute minimum.Once we’ve surveyed your site, we deploy the appropriate individual(s) on a regular basis according to your schedule for consistency and convenience. We ensure that your site will be cleaned to the highest quality level at speed. All our staff are fully vetted and operate in SMC uniform.
Schedule Management
Our team will work according to your schedule – whether this is fixed or variable – and can adapt to short notice ad hoc changes. We understand the complex and unpredictable nature of business and will be on hand to manage things smoothly. SMC always has contingent cover at hand in the event a replacement or additional staff is necessary. We cover for opening/closing of premises including alarms activation/deactivation.
Task Management
We will thoroughly survey your premises and create a sectioned task list in line with your requirements. This benefits cleaners who are new to the site, or large premises with multiple and complex requirements that may vary from day to day. Either way – you will only need to explain this once!

Rather than time-consuming waits for quotes, we will remain simple by name and in nature, and send through our price list on request.
